The Classic Fries

Peel wash and cut potatoes lengthwise to get the classic fries cut. Pat them dry with paper towels. Heat oil in the electric fryer at 130-degree Celsius. Meanwhile, you can heat the oil. Now, fry them in your electric fryer in the same manner as the classic fries. Heat oil at 130-degree Celsius. Keep the potatoes in the frying basket and immerse it in the oil. Fry the potatoes till they turn crisp and golden. Remove it and serve hot.
